A rocket prototype went up into space perfectly, but when it came back, it blew up. It was extremely close to having a safe, and good touchdown. But then, it unexpectedly exploded.
Many details are unknown, but it was made by SpaceX to carry humans and other supplies. This is very shocking and unexpected.
