Bob Dole, a former Republican presidential candidate, has died at the age of 98. Today morning, he died in his sleep. Since February, he was facing lung cancer, and Pres. Biden visited him after he was diagnosed. After Dole died today, Biden released a statement, which mourned Dole. Dole fought in World War 2, and was wounded badly while fighting. Dole was a US senator from Kansas for over 27 years, and was the majority leader twice.
