Joe Biden was celebrating this, as the Democrats are projected to keep control of the Senate following Democratic Senator Catherine Cortez Masto’s close win over Republican Adam Laxalt in Nevada. The Democrats beat many candidates backed by former Pres. Donald Trump. The control of the House of Representatives has not been determined yet, as there are two many close races to determine. Before the Democrats’ victory in Nevada, Mark Kelly in Arizona defeated Republican Blake Master, who, like Laxalt, is endorsed by Trump.
