There has been a study that cotton masks are safer than any other mask. Investigators tested different types of masks that mimic a human. The cotton mask did very well. Apparently, the cotton increased efficiency by 33 percent.
This is a tip for which masks to wear, and which is safer and which isn’t as safe. Which will help us stay safe. This study was made by ACS Applied Nano Materials. Synthetic fabrics didn’t do well, in comparison to cotton.
