Amazon partnered with Grubhub earlier today, which will allow Amazon Prime members to get a one-year membership to Grubhub. Amazon will now get a 2% stake in Grubhub, and it will be able to get upto a 15% stake based on performance factors. Grubhub is owned by Just Eat Takeaway.com. After this news was reported, Uber stock fell over 3% and DoorDash stock fell over 9%. Amazon’s Prime program has over 200 million members, and it already has some benefits.
