Big Banks such as JPMorgan Chase & Co and Bank of America are facing over $1 billion dollars in regulatory fines for their employees’ use of unapproved messaging tools, such as email and WhatsApp. Some Big Banks that either have already paid or are expected to pay include: JPMorgan Chase & Co’s, Morgan Stanely, Bank of America, Citi, Goldman Sachs, and Barclays PLC.
