The US house of representatives passed Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion stimulus bill. The bill includes a $1,400 check to most Americans as part of government help during Covid. The house passed the bill on 219-212 vote. The next step for the bill is the Senate before Biden can sign it to make it a law.
This is the third round of stimulus the government has passed since the beginning of Covid. Last year, the government passed two bills already to give Americans $1,200 and $600. President Biden said this third round of stimulus will help America’s economy which is damaged during to Covid. The $1.9 trillion bill has many other benefits to America’s economy in addition to $1,400 check.
