President Joe Biden blames Delaware pollution and “oil slicks” for cancer experienced by himself and “so damn many” others. He said all of this while giving a speech about climate change in Somerset, Massachusetts. Biden said that there was way too much environmental pollution when he was a child, and people had to wipe oil off of their windshields just to drive. He suggested that was the reason for the skin cancer he would later get, and he also set Delaware used to have the “highest cancer rate in the nation.”
