A few months ago, the US decided to remove it’s troops from Afganistan, but it will still help and aid the Afghanistan government against the fight with the Taliban, the main group behind the 9/11 attacks. The US wants to keep more than “18,000 Afghans who have worked as interpreters, drivers, engineers, security guards, fixers and embassy clerks for the US government safe” from the Taliban, in case they want revenge.” The Afghans are being moved into other countries, to keep them safe while their visa requests are being processed.
