This data study taken in Wisconsin shows that wolves can reduce the number of deer related accidents. Wolfs make sure that the deer population is not too high. Also, if the wolves stay close to the roads the deers are scared away. As soon as the wolf population was at its height the deer collisions dropped almost 24 percent. The deer damage savings are almost 10.9 million a year and the wolf damage over the last 35 years is only 3 million. Those are some astonishing numbers and this shows that wolves can be very useful sometimes.
