Spirit Airlines will make a very important decision by the end of this month

Spirit Airlines will make a decision on the JetBlue and Frontier bids before the end of this month. The board will make this decision before a shareholder meeting at the end of this month. The company already postponed a meeting where the shareholders would vote on the Frontier   deal. Both JetBlue and Spirit shares are down around 1% right now. JetBlue already sweetened its offer, adding a $350 million break-up fee. Spirit already agreed to a merger with Frontier in February.
