Steelers sign contract with Ben Roethlisberger for 2021 season

On Thursday, Mar. 4, Steelers QB (Quarterback), Ben Roethlisberger, signed a contract with the Steelers for 2021. Roethlisberger has played in a record 233 games with the Steelers. In 2019, he got an elbow injury and missed most of the season (he played only 2 games that year). He started playing again in 2020.

2020 Season accomplishments:

Roethlisberger has made 608 passes in 2020, and has completed 399 of them. His passing distance in 2020 was 3,803 yards. He has also made 33 touchdown passes, 10 interceptions, and has gotten sacked a career low 13 times (not including 2019 when he only played 2 games).

Career accomplishments:

Roethlisberger has made 7838 passes in his career, and has completed 5,050 of them. His passing distance in total was 60,348 yards, and it is the seventh most in NFL history. He has also made 396 touchdown passes in his career. He threw 3,500 yards in 6 consecutive seasons, which is a record for the Steelers. When he was 23, he made a record by becoming the second-youngest QB to win a Super bowl.
