The Biden administration has gotten permission from the US court of appeals to enforce its vaccine mandates, so the administration can now force companies with over a hundred employees to get their employees vaccinated. The people that are challenging the vaccine mandate said they will ask the Supreme Court to put it on hold. There are three different levels of courts in the US: the federal court, which is the lowest, the appeals court, which is the next level, and the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in America. There are lots of federal courts, there are less appeal courts, and there is only 1 Supreme Court. This mandate is still not guaranteed to stay, since the Supreme Court could block the mandate. That is likely, since the Supreme Court is controlled by mainly Republicans.
