The Perseverance Rover that was sent to find ancient life on Mars has sent back its first sounds of driving on Mars. The NASA crew described it as a “grinding, clinking, banging” sound. A person at NASA even said if that was on Earth someone would probably want to pull over to get towed. This is normal though because of the weight of the rover and the uneven terrain. The Mars Rover has two microphones but one of them is not working as of now. Scientists are trying to figure out what went wrong.
