This movie has the highest box office openings during the pandemic era, as it surpassed Venom: Let The Be Carnage which made $90.1 million in its first three days. This movie is only 1 of 8 films to pass $200 million in its first weekend. The highest opening domestically was Endgame, which got $357.1 million two years ago. Spiderman will most likely not surpass this, but it may surpass numbers 2 and 3 which were Avengers: Infinity War and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which earned $257.6 million and $247.9 million respectively.
