Super Bowl LV (Super Bowl 55) is now over. Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated last year’s Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the final with a score of 31-9. After this win, Tom Brady added another Super Bowl title to his already record number of Super Bowls to his name.
Tom Brady is now widely considered a GOAT – Greatest Of All Time – Quarterbacks ever played in NFL. Among his impressive records, below are the following-
- He won a record 7 Super Bowl titles; No other Quarterback has won so many. John Elway is second with 5.
- At age 43, he is the oldest Quarterback to have won a Super Bowl.
- He won the Super Bowl with two different franchises (Patriots & Buccaneers). He tied this record with Peyton Manning who won it with Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos.
- He made 10 Super Bowl trips (won 7 and lost 3). No other Quarterback comes close
His records will probably continue to pile up even more. Given his fitness and performance, it’s clear that Buccaneers will be playing well next year too. In fact, in a recent interview, Tom Brady stated that if his body continues to perform, he might play beyond 45 years!
