The second largest city in Ukraine, Kharkiv, lost power after Russia strikes. Russia fired as many as 76 missiles according to local officials, and as many as 9 power facilities were hit. The mayor of Kharkiv said the city suffered “colossal” damage. According to one resident, the strikes started Friday morning, and the power went out within minutes. By the evening, 55% of the city’s population got electricity back. Three people were also killed and 13 people were injured.
